Fundraising Events
Here are the events that are planned to help raise funds:
Race Night
The event is a race night which will serve to raise further funds for the BLESMA Riding for the Troops event and to say a massive thank you to all those riders involved.The evening will also serve to raise awareness and celebrate National Armed Forces Day 2009 and for us all to raise a glass to our proud veterans and serving soldiers of HM Armed Forces.
The first Armed Forces Day is 27 June 2009, and is an opportunity for the nation to show our support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, and from veterans to recruits.
It would be magnificent if you could all attend and make his event a massive success in order to raise further funds for BLESMA and celebrate National Armed Forces Day 2009!

Middlesbrough, Sunderland and Newcastle Football Clubs plus lots more!

Bag Packing
Students from Middlesbrough College will be operating a bag packing service and collecting donations for riding for the troops at several
Morrisons and Tesco supermarkets across the region.
The Students were at Tesco, Myton Road, Ingleby Barwick on 25/04/09 and raised over £s;
Students will be at Morrisons Darlington on 09/05/09.
